EMOTXT
The “EMOTXT” project aims to improve electronic communication by addressing the loss of emotional expression in messages due to the absence of non verbal cues. By using typography techniques to mimic or evoke emotions, the project seeks to create a more expressive form of digital communication.

When we communicate face-to-face, the emotions we show play a crucial role in expressing our true feelings. However, in digital communication like emails or texts, we miss out on these emotional cues, making the messages feel less dynamic and engaging.

I want to bring emotions back into our digital landscape. This motivates me to develop a generative typeface that capable of reading and communicating human emotions by using machine learning algorithm to recognize facial expressions and adjust the shape of the letters accordingly.

EMOTXT ONLINE FONT GENERATOR︎︎︎
This generative tool allows users to interact with the typeface in real-time and adjust its shape according to their own emotional state.

EXPRESSION TRANSLATOR INSTALLATION︎︎︎
This device allows real-time electronic communication between two people. The sender creates messages using a font generator, and the receiver at a different location can instantly understand the sender's current mood through the changing emotional typeface.
